Pimp Mobile - Hardware
One of our number is a bit stranger than the rest of us, he's just not interested in a PC or PDA for that matter, that will efficiently and diligently operate at maximum specification. No Gary as we will call him, would wish to Pimp his hardware, by that we mean he takes sadistic pleasure in ripping the guts out of a gadget invalidating it's warranty by changing it ever so slightly until it glows literally. You see Gary is not just tight he's really tight, he's one of SoSLUG's electronic wizards he is not the only one by any means but he is the only one that would buy a new gadget and pull it to pieces and I guess that's what makes him special.
Gary specialises in PC's with go faster stripes and addon's not necessarily to make it better or faster but to make it look cool also, and this is what this section is all about where hot and cool are very much on the agenda. You can write to Gary ( Tailzer ) with your own ideas on cool projects at the address above, I can not promise he will publish them but if they make the grade I can not see any reason why not.
